Help! Can I return/exchange my order?
Yes! Please contact us as soon as you can if you'd like to set up a return or exchange! You can reach us at VeryAmusingShop@gmail.com or through the contact page below!
If your order has been marked as delivered by more than 8 days or has been visibly washed/worn we won't be able to provide returns. But hey, we're understanding! So just reach out and we can figure it out.
If an exchange is preferred, we can send it to you once the original item makes it way back to us first!
For both returns and exchanges, we are sadly unable to cover return postage costs back to our fulfillment center (but we wish we could!)
For exchanges, though, we will ship your replacement item to you for free. Wa-hoo!
At this time we DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on any international orders!
I ordered something in stock AND a pre-order item. Will it ship separately?
Any in-stock merchandise ordered in conjunction with an item marked as a preorder will ship together when the preorder item is ready to go! If you need parts of your order sooner than the estimated date of availability, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Are you shipping items from Los Angeles?
I've partnered with the great folks from SuperYaki to handle all shipping and fulfillment out of Houston, Texas! If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding your order, it all goes through them!
